Growing up in a close-knit farm family, Sanford developed a strong work ethic and a deep sense of community. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Sanford moved west, settling in Santa Monica with his family.

Outside of work, Sanford is passionate about giving back. He volunteers with several non-profits, serves on multiple boards, and maintains an active lifestyle. A devoted dog lover, Sanford is often accompanied by his boxer, Cookie—whether at the office or on the beach.
